Thank you for choosing HiLuci UK. We aim to provide a clear and transparent shipping experience for all customers within the United Kingdom. Please review the information below before placing your order.


A. Shipping Times

We hold selected products in UK-based warehouses to ensure faster delivery where possible. However, some items require additional processing time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT – London) will begin processing on the same or next business day.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • UK Warehouse Products: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Standard Products: 3–4 weeks

  • Pre-Order Products: 5–10 weeks

B. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping to most locations within the UK.

Remote & Surcharge Areas

Additional delivery charges may apply to the following regions:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Scottish Offshore Islands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Wight

  • Isle of Man

Specific postcode areas:
BT, FK, KA (1–26, 29, 30), PA (1–19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1–14), PH (19–40, 49, 50), PO (30–41)

If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order. Alternatively, we will notify you of any additional charges once your order has been reviewed.

⚠️ Please note: We currently do not ship to Jersey. Orders placed with delivery addresses in Jersey will not be processed.


C. Delivery Time Variations

Some products require longer delivery times due to:

  • Production requirements: Certain items are made-to-order or handcrafted, requiring additional production and quality checks.

  • Supply chain factors: Occasional material shortages or manufacturing delays.

  • International sourcing: Some products are manufactured overseas and shipped to the UK, which may affect delivery timelines depending on shipping methods.

We strive to keep all delivery estimates accurate and up to date.


D. Quality Assurance

Regardless of delivery time, every HiLuci product undergoes careful inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Your satisfaction is our priority.


E. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners including UPS, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


F. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.


G. Address Changes

Delivery addresses can only be updated within 24 hours of placing your order and before dispatch. Once an order is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.

H. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and notify the courier.

  • If the parcel is delivered in your absence, contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
