At Luci Express, our commitment is to deliver your products safely, transparently, and with excellent customer service. This Shipping Policy explains how our shipping and delivery process works, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience.


Dispatch Time

The estimated delivery time shown at checkout begins from the date payment is confirmed. Only after confirmation will your order be prepared and dispatched.

The preparation and dispatch period typically takes 1–3 business days.


Shipping Method & Costs

Standard shipping is free, unless you choose an alternative delivery option at checkout.

If additional shipping methods are available, the relevant costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on your location and the selected courier.


Delivery Time

Some of our products are sourced internationally and shipped directly from manufacturers or fulfilment partners located in countries such as the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany.

Our strict quality control and supplier selection processes ensure that you receive high-quality products.

The average delivery time after dispatch is 8–12 business days.

For payments made by credit or debit card, approval usually occurs immediately, allowing your order to be processed without delay.


Delivery Performance

Based on our order history and customer feedback, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks of dispatch.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to external factors such as:

  • Customs inspections

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier delays

  • Industrial action or force majeure events

These circumstances are outside the control of Luci Express.


Delivery Guarantee & Buyer Protection

Luci Express guarantees the dispatch and safe handling of all orders.

All shipments include tracking and insurance against loss.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

If your order is not delivered within 70 business days after dispatch (excluding circumstances beyond our control), we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid.


Important Information

Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, as items may come from different suppliers or fulfilment centres. If this happens, products may arrive on different days. This is completely normal.

If your order contains more than one item, each item may be shipped separately and will have its own tracking number.


Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other authorised international carriers.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. This can be used via the "Track Your Order" section on our website or directly on the courier’s website.

Our support team is always available to assist you with tracking instructions.


Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that all details are complete and correct before placing your order. Luci Express is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to address errors, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

Courier services typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the parcel may be taken to a local depot or collection point and held for a limited time before being returned to the sender.
