1. This is a strong massage. The hands grip and knead with real force. Start on the lowest setting and keep the first few sessions to a few minutes until you are used to it. If you prefer gentle, this is probably not the one for you.

    The straps go over your shoulders and the two hands sit on the muscle either side of your neck. Pull the straps to set how firmly it grips.

    Three kneading speeds, and heat on or off. Press once to start, press again to change. Everything is on one panel you can reach while wearing it.
