Which version should I choose?

Heat + Massage — three warmth levels and three vibration levels. Two buttons: one for heat, one for massage.

2. Start low. Begin on the lowest heat and massage levels and keep the first few sessions to about 15 minutes. Do not fall asleep with the heat on.

3. It is a comfort pillow, not a medical device. It is made for relaxation. It does not treat, cure or manage any condition. If you have a neck or spine injury, are pregnant, or are under treatment for anything, speak to your GP or physiotherapist before using it.
